Nafta-Moscow Joint Stock Company, the legal successor of the All-Union Soyuznefteexport Association, continues and develops the traditions that have developed over 70 years of work on the world market of oil and petroleum products.
Nafta-Moscow Joint Stock Company was created by converting Soyuznefteexport into a privatisation order on the basis of a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation and an order of the State Property Committee.
The state registration of the Company was carried out by the Moscow Registration Chamber on October 12, 1994.
