The staff and people of the portal
In 1999, work continued on improving the structure of the Joint-Stock Company and stabilizing the staff. The staffing of the central office of Nafta Moskva OJSC amounted to 173 people as of 1.01.2000 tons. Currently, more than 80% of the employees of the parent company have higher education, more than half speak foreign languages. Taking into account the rapidly changing economic conditions in which the Company operates, the requirements for personnel, their business qualifications and general professional training are increasing. |
